  Liars and Thieves. When a customer asks what to do, does what they were told by an employee and then finds out that the employee lied and the company will do nothing to make the situation better. This is a company that is too big to have good customer service and will probably go out of business soon because of it. They even admit that they screwed up but wont do what they were asked to do to deal with it.
