  The staff here is always knowledgeable and ready to help. On my latest visit, they cut a custom piece of glass for a large frame I had brought in and it was all done while I waited. Even nearby Home Dept couldn't have done that! Hurray for the local store.

  If I'm looking for some unique part I need to repair some four to eight decade old item in my house, I've found that I'm better off if I come here first. Not only do they have a large collection of small items I've needed to repair rather than replace my things, the staff here are knowledgeable and respectful. They'll gladly help you find what you're looking for. If they don't have it, they're willing to tell you where you might find it. I'll gladly buy here before hitting a big box store.

  THIS is a hardware store. They have what you need, and if they don't, they'll tell you where you can go to get it. Supremely knowledgeable and helpful staff. Excellent.
