  Generally OK and seems capable but horrible with delivering on timely basis. I've had many experiences where he promised to have repair work done on a certain date only to find work not completed. It sometimes took 3 to 4 trips to the shop before equipment was ready for pick up. On a more recent repair, his work was unsatisfactory. Again, 3 weeks late on replacement of a pull cable and tune-up of a hedge trimmer. According to Chris, the "trimmer is running great." I used it once and stalled several times. I returned the equipment a week later and found Chris does not take responsibility for his service repair work. Chris' response was to buy a new hedge trimmer that works. Funny thing is he sold me the original one to begin with. Prestige has gone downhill. I'll never go back and suggest others stay away.
